Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electrification Design Engineer to join the UK’s leading rail infrastructure company based in Central London on a 6 month contract.
As an experienced Electrification Design Engineer, you will undertake design and support implementation of electrification schemes across the national Electrification and Plant programme. , the role will involve undertaking development (GRIP 2-4) designfor electrification schemes, with particular focus on electrification protection andSCADA control systems and telecommunications;
You will also provide specialist engineering support to project delivery teams along with developing, as part of a dynamic team, integrated protection and SCADA control andtelecommunications solutions for implementation on company electrification systems
The successful Electrification Design Engineer will have a demonstrable background inelectrification project engineering development and delivery, will be experienced in the design of modern electrification protection and SCADA control systems, with knowledge of modern substation communication architectures and integrated protection andcontrol technology.
In return for your skills is an attractive pay rate of £320 per day.
