Job Description

Assistant Design Engineer required for one of the countries largest infrastructure services companies.

Duties include:

To assist in the production of Detailed Design details for SSI trackside Projects. Working as part of the design team. To interface to the Design Manager, in reporting progress of the works assigned for the project.
Design to be of the technologies listed below

Essential Requirements:

To hold IRSE License 1.1.110 or equivalent as a minimum.

Technology Requirements:

SSI line side equipment knowledge
Dorman LED signal technology (including PLJI, PLGS, MARI & SARI)
Mixed Point machine types (Clamp-lock, HW, HPSA, IBCL, etc.)
BR spec 867 train detection.
