<p>Applicants must have &#8216;in date&#8217; Drug and Alcohol test certificates and Medical certificate (DNA)</p>
<p>Any machine tickets must be supported in a CPCS format.</p>
<p>Our client has been selected by Network Rail as one the contractors to deliver infrastructure services under a 750 million Multi Asset Framework Agreement. We expect to deliver services for 19 projects worth some 250 million on a number of key rail routes across the East of England.</p>
<p>We have a vacancy for Groundworkers with experience in the following; Earthworks, Bridge Regeneration, Track work and Footbridge Installation. All operatives must have a minimum of a 2 day PTS ticket.</p>
<p>This project is due to start May 2012 &#8211; but interview and selection will be taking place over the next 3-4 weeks.</p>

<p>- Ensuring that our work sites are safe and efficient.<br />- Making sure all our work is delivered to our very high standards of health and safety and in accordance with all relevant legislation.<br />- Representing the company other workers and contractors<br />- Encouraging awareness of the importance of HSQE and good workmanship by regular communication with site staff<br />- checking that staff comply with our accident/incident reporting and investigation policy<br />- checking that contractors and workers activities are acrried out safely and efficiently and to a high quality</p>
<p>Candidates must have:</p>
<p>- good experience of managing principal contractors and their subcontractors, and influencing people&rsquo;s behaviour for the better<br />- relevant successful construction experience in the railway industry<br />- environmental awareness<br />- good communication skills</p>
