Job description:
Our client is a leading provider of signalling and communication systems for use on-board and trackside. Their goal is to deliver technological solutions that enhance operations through improved productivity and unmatched reliability. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Railway Signalling Test Engineer to join their existing Hertfordshire based team to conduct test activities in support of the testing elements of projects including FAT, SAT, software validation and data testing activities, to defined rules.
The successful candidate will be educated to at least HNC level in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and will be capable of being appropriately licensed to IRSE standards and requirements and will have previous relevant experience. He/she will be able to set to work and test systems unsupervised and should be able to demonstrate extensive experience of conducting tests efficiently and effectively to relevant procedures and industry best practice.
